MYSORE ASHTANGA YOGA (learn or perfect your self practice) – Mon to Friday 7.30- 9am

LED ASHTANGA YOGA – Saturday 9-10.30am

HATHA VINYASA – Monday to Friday 4-5.30pm

YIN YOGA – Sunday 4-5.30pm

We teach Traditional Mysore Ashtanga as taught by K Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute, India
